Job summary

HVMG is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor to oversee daily front desk operations and ensure exceptional guest service. You will train staff, handle guest concerns, and help manage scheduling to maintain a seamless check-in/check-out experience.

The role supports a welcoming front office environment with opportunities for growth within the hotel portfolio. Evening and weekend availability is important, with a typical night shift. This is a full-time hourly position.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Eligibility to work in the United States.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front desk daily operations and guest check-in/check-out.
• Train and guide front desk staff and coordinate shift coverage.
• Handle guest concerns and maintain a welcoming front office environment.
• Supervise front desk agents and manage reservations.
• Report to the Front Office Manager and support scheduling.
