Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and determine interests to guide service.
• Educate guests on cake options, sizes, flavors, pricing, promotions.
• Suggest merchandise to celebrate occasions (balloons, cards, etc.).
• Process orders accurately using the POS system.
• Maintain a clean, organized display and replenish merchandise.
• Assist with decorations and packaging as needed.
• Adhere to health/safety guidelines and dress code.
• Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality.
