Responsibilities

• Greet walk-in and phone guests warmly to determine interests and needs.
• Educate guests on NbC cake options, sizes, flavors, and promotions.
• Suggest additional merchandise to complete celebrations.
• Process orders accurately using the POS system and invite guests to join NbC Email Club.
• Maintain a clean bakery presentation and replenish merchandise.
• Assist Crafter in preparing cake decorations and packaging supplies as needed.
• Follow health and safety guidelines and NbC policies and procedures.
• Maintain punctual attendance.
