Job summary

Regal Cinemas is seeking Floor Staff to support guest experiences across Box Office, Concession, and Usher roles. You may be scheduled as variable hour, part-time fixed, part-time regular, or full-time hourly staff, with emphasis on attendance, safety, and policy compliance.

Responsibilities include operating the POS system, upselling Premium Viewing experiences, promoting the Regal Crown Club, selling tickets in accordance with MPAA ratings, assisting guests, and keeping theatres clean and safe.

Qualifications

• Completion of cast certification program as cast member and box office cashier or progress towards completion required.
• If the theatre sells alcohol, complete Regal Responsible Beverage Server training and any required state/local training.

Responsibilities

• Operate POS system and manage cash drawer, cards, travelers’ checks, gift cards and vouchers.
• Upsell Premium Viewing Experiences (3D, RPX, IMAX) and promote Regal Crown Club.
• Sell tickets in accordance with MPAA ratings and company policy; assist guests by phone.
• Perform concession duties, stock inventory, and ensure food safety compliance.
• Tear tickets, direct patrons, enforce MPAA rating rules, supervise theatre cleanliness and safety.
