Regal is seeking Floor Staff to ensure guests receive exceptional service across Box Office, Concession, or Usher duties. You may be scheduled in various roles including ticketing, concessions, and ushering, with emphasis on attendance, safety, and policy compliance.

Responsibilities include operating POS systems, upselling premium experiences, promoting loyalty programs, and maintaining cleanliness and order in theatres. Training on alcohol service, if applicable, may be required.

Qualifikationen

• Completion of cast certification program as a cast member and as box office cashier or progress towards completion required.
• If the theatre sells alcohol and your assigned duties will include the selling/serving of alcohol, you must complete any legally required state or local training and obtain the required certificate.
• Possess good public speaking, listen effectively and respond clearly.

Aufgaben

• Operate Box Office POS system with accuracy for cash, credit cards, travelers’ checks, gift cards and coupons.
• Upsell Premium Viewing Experience (3D, RPX, IMAX) and promote Regal Crown Club.
• Sell/serve concessions and maintain inventory and food safety compliance.
• Direct patrons to auditoriums, enforce MPAA rating policy, and handle guest questions.
• Perform in-theatre inspections and assist with opening/closing duties and cleanliness.
