Macy's is hiring an At Your Service Center Colleague to deliver a seamless, personalized shopping experience across BOPS, returns, and order pickups. You’ll help keep the sales floor inviting and support customer needs with a smile, ringing up transactions and guiding through loyalty benefits.

Qualifications

Flexible availability including nights, weekends and holidays.
Read and understand employment policies and safety rules in English.

Able to use electronic devices and point-of-sale systems.

Responsibilities

Assist customers in BOPS, returns, and order pickups.
Proficient in transactions, loyalty benefits, and curbside pickup.
Keep pickup and return areas clean and organized for a friction-free experience.
Provide genuine hospitality and help meet daily sales goals.
Collaborate with teammates to deliver outstanding service.
