Macy's seeks an At Your Service Center Colleague to deliver a seamless, personalized shopping experience across BOPS, returns, and order pickups. You will help keep the store inviting, assist customers, and support the team with a friendly, customer-first mindset.

This role requires flexibility, multitasking, and strong communication as you work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to help the store meet its goals and create memorable guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Able to communicate effectively with customers, coworkers, and supervisors.
• Read and understand employment policies and safety rules in English.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in all aspects of total store fulfillment, including BOPS and order pickups.
• Be proficient in systems needed to complete transactions and keep the pick-up area organized.
• Help maintain a clean, welcoming shopping space and recover merchandise as needed.
• Support cashiering and loyalty program demonstrations to help drive sales.
• Finish shifts by ending interactions with customers on a positive note and thanking them by name.
