Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Guest Coordinator to engage guests and promote salon services and retail offerings. You will support the Experience Manager and Assistant Services Manager by handling bookings, greeting guests, and ensuring a high standard of service and product knowledge.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Proficient with basic technology including POS systems.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Promote Ulta Beauty services and products through guest interactions.
• Answer salon phone calls, manage bookings, and assist guests with the booking system.
• Greet guests in-store and in the salon, deliver friendly, prompt service.
• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals related to sales and loyalty programs.
• Maintain store and salon cleanliness and ensure compliance with procedures.
