Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Guest Coordinator to engage with guests, promote salon services, and support the Experience Manager and Assistant Services Manager. You will handle bookings, greet guests, and drive sales while ensuring a high-quality guest experience across salon, skincare, and haircare areas.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
• Proficient with basic technology (e.g., Point of Sale system, Apple devices, Services Booking System)

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, and omni-channel sales.
• Provide exceptional guest service by acknowledging all Ulta Beauty guests in the Salon, Haircare, and Skincare areas.
• Manage service bookings, guest records, and salon traffic flow; suggest add-on services when appropriate.
• Inform guests of current promotions and events and invite them to try services.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events to deliver an unrivaled guest experience and meet sales goals.
• Maintain store operating standards, including cleanliness and safety compliance.
