Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Guest Coordinator to engage with guests and promote salon services through in-store and telephone interactions. You will support the Experience Manager and Assistant Services Manager, drive service and retail sales, and help deliver an exceptional 360° guest experience.

The role requires strong communication, a courteous presence, and the ability to learn salon services and product knowledge.

Qualifications

• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
• High school diploma is preferred
• Proficient with basic technology (e.g., Point of Sale system, Apple devices, Services Booking System)
• Strong communication skills and ability to build customer relationships

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals related to retail and service sales
• Provide exceptional guest service in the Salon, Haircare, and Skincare areas
• Book appointments and support the execution of services and in-store events
• Maintain compliance with Ulta Beauty policies and safety standards
