Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Guest Coordinator to engage guests and promote salon and services through in-store and phone interactions. The role supports the Experience Manager and Assistant Services Manager with a focus on performance, people, and process, ensuring compliance and high guest satisfaction.

The position requires great customer service, knowledge of salon services, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment, including a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Proficient with basic technology (e.g., Point of Sale system, Apple devices, Services Booking System)
• Demonstrate significant competency in sales, products, and service
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to troubleshoot
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed store goals for retail and service sales and guest loyalty
• Provide exceptional guest service in Salon, Haircare, and Skincare areas
• Handle sales, refunds and exchanges
• Assist services team with calls, bookings, guest records and salon traffic
• Promote services and events with knowledgeable product recommendations
• Support service providers with appointment pages and rebooking
• Book appointments for services and in-store events
• Stay informed on industry trends to better serve guests
• Maintain regular attendance and store standards
