Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Guest Coordinator to engage with guests, promote salon services, and support the experiences team in-store and over the phone. You will help drive service and retail sales, manage bookings, and ensure a high-quality guest experience.

The role requires a passion for beauty, strong communication, and the ability to work collaboratively with stylists and staff. A flexible schedule including evenings and weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent education.
• Proficient with POS, Apple devices, and the Services Booking System.
• Strong sales and customer service skills; ability to build relationships.
• Excellent communication and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed the store’s goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, retail shrink, and omni-channel sales.
• Provide exceptional guest service by acknowledging all Ulta Beauty guests in the Salon, Haircare, and Skincare areas.
• Handle sales, refunds and exchanges.
• Support the services team by answering salon calls, resolving guest concerns, managing bookings, guest records and salon traffic flow.
• Book appointments and support in-store events to deliver an unrivaled guest experience and sales results.
