Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Guest Coordinator to engage with guests and promote salon services through phone and in-person interactions. You will support the Experience Manager and Assistant Services Manager, drive service and retail sales, and contribute to a seamless guest experience across salon, skincare, and haircare areas.

The role requires excellent guest service, a passion for beauty, and the ability to communicate salon services and product knowledge.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent.
• Proficient with basic technology and sales skills.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to achieving store goals for retail and service sales and loyalty.
• Provide exceptional guest service in salon, haircare, and skincare areas.
• Answer salon phone calls, resolve guest concerns, and manage the booking system.
• Assist in informing guests about promotions and events, and invite them to try services.
• Support service providers with scheduling, rebooking, and new guest acquisition.
