Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Guest Coordinator to engage guests and promote salon and service offerings through in-store and phone interactions. You will support the Experience Manager and Assistant Services Manager by focusing on performance, people, and process to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

You will help manage bookings, assist with events, and provide knowledgeable product and service recommendations while building lasting guest relationships and ensuring compliance with store

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficient with basic technology (POS, Apple devices, booking system).
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Meet/exceed store goals related to retail and service sales.
• Provide exceptional guest service in-store and over the phone.
• Handle sales, refunds and exchanges.
• Assist with services bookings, guest records and salon traffic flow.
