Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Guest Coordinator to engage guests and promote salon services through phone and in-store interactions. You will support the Experience Manager and Assistant Services Manager while driving service and retail sales, guest loyalty, and event execution.

The role emphasizes exceptional guest service, product knowledge, and a collaborative approach to growing the services business across salon and boutique offerings. A focus on compliance and customer experience is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred; relevant experience acceptable.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent mix of education and experience.
• Proficient with basic technology and sales knowledge.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests and promote Ulta Beauty services through in-store and phone interactions.
• Meet or exceed store goals for retail and service sales and guest loyalty.
• Handle sales, refunds and exchanges; support booking and scheduling.
• Provide knowledgeable product and service recommendations to guests.
• Maintain store and salon standards; assist with events and onboarding.
