Job summary

Ulta Beauty, Inc. is seeking a Guest Coordinator to engage guests and promote Ulta Beauty services through phone and in-person interactions.

The role supports the Experience Manager and Assistant Services Manager with a focus on performance, people, and process, delivering a 360° guest experience. The position requires passion for beauty, exceptional guest service, and the ability to learn and communicate salon services and product knowledge.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent education/experience.
• Proficient with basic technology and service/sales knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed store goals for retail and service sales.
• Provide exceptional guest service in-person and over the phone.
• Handle sales, refunds and exchanges courteously.
• Support services team in booking, guest records, and salon traffic flow.
• Promote services and events, and make recommendations to guests.
• Assist with appointment pages, rebooking, and new guest acquisition.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events.
• Maintain knowledge of industry trends, products, and services.
• Maintain regular attendance and store cleanliness.
