Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Guest Coordinator to engage guests, promoting salon services and products both in-store and by phone. The role emphasizes delivering exceptional guest service, managing bookings, and driving sales while maintaining strong relationships with clients and colleagues.

You will support the Experience Manager and Assistant Services Manager, ensuring smooth salon operations, high guest satisfaction, and adherence to Ulta Beauty standards and policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficient with basic technology (POS, Apple devices, Services Booking System).
• Strong sales and customer service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests in-store and over the phone to promote Ulta Beauty services and products.
• Support appointment scheduling, bookings, and guest records; manage salon traffic flow.
• Provide exceptional guest service and resolve guest concerns; upsell services when appropriate.
• Maintain awareness of promotions, events, and new services to drive sales and guest experience.
• Collaborate with store team, stylists, and skin therapists to enhance the guest experience.
• Uphold safety, sanitation, and company policies; ensure compliance with state guidelines.
