Job summary

Ulta Beauty, Inc. is seeking a Guest Coordinator to engage with guests and promote Ulta Beauty services both over the phone and in-person.

You will represent the image, products, and culture of Ulta Beauty while supporting the Experience Manager and Assistant Services Manager in performance, people, and process areas. The role requires passion for the beauty industry and exceptional guest service to deliver a 360° guest experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed store goals related to retail and service sales and guest loyalty.
• Provide exceptional guest service in the Salon, Haircare, and Skincare areas.
• Handle sales, refunds and exchanges politely and efficiently.
• Support the services team with calls, bookings, guest records and salon traffic flow.
• Promote services and events and invite guests to try add-on services.
• Maintain knowledge of industry trends, products, and services to better serve guests.
