Job summary

The Nothing Bundt Cakes (NbC) Guest Service Representative creates a warm, welcoming environment for our guests, offers creative solutions for celebrations, and sells our delicious cakes. The Guest Service Representative is the first brand contact in our bakery and helps create memorable experiences and leave a positive impression.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, educating on cake options, processing orders with the POS system, and promoting the NbC Email Club for promotions.

Qualifications

• Applicants must be 16 years of age or older.
• No formal education or work experience is required, though experience in guest service is a plus.
• Previous guest service experience at a bakery, restaurant or retail store is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Greet walk-in and phone guests with warmth and enthusiasm and identify interests and needs.
• Educate guests on cake options, pricing, and promotions while maintaining product knowledge.
• Suggest additional merchandise and complete celebrations with accessories.
• Process orders accurately using the point-of-sale system and engage email club signups.
• Maintain a clean, organized bakery display and follow health and safety guidelines.
