Job summary

Nothing Bundt Cakes is seeking a friendly Guest Service Representative to greet guests, provide cake recommendations, and process orders at our bakery. You will upsell accessories and maintain a clean, welcoming environment to support celebrations.

Applicants should be 16+, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced bakery setting. Prior guest service experience is a plus; flexibility to work varied shifts is required.

Qualifications

• No formal education required, prior guest service in bakery/retail is a plus.
• Must be 16 years or older.
• Excellent communication and friendly demeanor.
• Able to stand for extended periods in a fast paced bakery.
• Willingness to learn NbC procedures and dress code.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly in person or by phone to assess needs and guide to products.
• Educate guests on NbC cake options, sizes, flavors, pricing, and promotions.
• Suggest add-on merchandise like balloons, candles, and cards for celebrations.
• Process orders accurately via POS and invite guests to join NbC Email Club.
• Maintain clean, organized bakery displays and assist with stocking.</br>Assist Crafter with decorations and packaging materials as needed.
• Follow health and safety guidelines and NbC policies, including dress code and hygiene.
• Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality.
