B. F. Saul Company Hospitality Group is seeking a guest services professional to ensure exceptional hospitality across its properties.

You will handle check-ins/outs, assist guests with reservations, and provide timely, friendly service while upholding the group's standards. The role requires 1+ year of guest service experience in hospitality, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years prior guest service experience preferred in hospitality.
• Excellent verbal communication, attention to detail, customer focus, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift, push and pull up to 75 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Guest Service: Anticipates and responds to guests in a friendly and positive manner. Process check-ins and check-outs, verify billing, create reservations, and process special requests.
• Financial Results and Cost Control: Maximize room revenues, monitor availability, follow policies, and up-sell rooms and amenities.
• Self/Workload Management: Plan, organize, prioritize duties, attend meetings, and follow department procedures.
• Safety/Risk Management: Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow hotel emergency procedures.
