Job summary

B. F. Saul Company Hospitality Group is seeking a friendly Guest Service Associate to anticipate guest needs, process check-ins/outs, and assist guests with reservations and requests in a welcoming, timely manner.

You will work the 3 PM–11 PM shift in a fast-paced hotel setting, with opportunities to upsell rooms and amenities while upholding high service standards. A high school diploma and 1+ year guest service experience are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years prior guest service experience.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds occasionally.
• Must be available to work 3 PM - 11 PM, weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Process check-ins and check-outs and verify billing.
• Create reservations and assist guests with requests.
• Provide knowledge of hotel property, local attractions, and hours of operation.
• Upsell rooms and amenities and follow service recovery procedures.
• Work as a team to meet guests' needs and uphold standards.
