Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years guest service experience preferred in hospitality.
• Must be available to work 3 PM - 11 PM, weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Process check-ins and check-outs, verify billing, create reservations and handle special requests.
• Provide knowledge of hotel facilities, local attractions, and hours of operation to guests.
• Collaborate with other departments to meet guest needs and support guest service recovery program.
