Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Guest Coordinator to engage with guests and promote the services business through one-on-one interactions, both in-store and over the phone. The role supports the Experience Manager and Assistant Services Manager by focusing on service and retail sales, guest experience, and operational procedures.

The ideal candidate provides exceptional guest service, builds relationships, and stays informed on trends, products, and services to enhance the guest experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent.
• Proficient with basic technology including POS systems and store devices.

Responsibilities

• Promote Ulta Beauty services and products through in-person and phone interactions.
• Provide exceptional guest service and manage bookings and guest records.
• Support the services team with scheduling, communications, and traffic flow.
• Suggest add-on services and inform guests of current promotions and events.
• Maintain store cleanliness and ensure safety and compliance standards.
