Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Guest Coordinator to engage with guests and promote services through in-store interactions and phone bookings. You will support the Experience Manager and adapt to busy salon and retail settings while driving sales and guest satisfaction.

The role requires a passion for beauty, strong communication, and the ability to learn salon services and product knowledge. A flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, retail shrink, and omni-channel sales.
• Provide exceptional guest service by acknowledging all Ulta Beauty guests in the Salon, Haircare, and Skincare areas and offering friendly, prompt service.
• Handle sales, refunds and exchanges.
• Support the services team by answering salon phone calls, addressing and resolving guest concerns, managing the services booking system, guest records and salon traffic flow.
• Inform guests of current promotions and events and invite them to try services with knowledgeable product recommendations.
• Book appointments for and support the execution of services and in-store events that deliver great guest experiences.
• Stay informed regarding industry trends, products, and services to better serve guests.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
