Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Guest Coordinator to engage with guests, promote salon services, and support the experiences team with bookings and events. You will be the face of the store, delivering exceptional guest service and promoting products and services to enhance the guest experience.

The role requires at least 1 year of relevant experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
• Proficient with basic technology (e.g., POS system, Apple devices, Services Booking System).
• Demonstrate significant competency in sales, products, and service.
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests and promote Ulta Beauty services and promotions through one-on-one interactions.
• Assist with services booking system, guest records, and salon traffic flow.
• Provide exceptional guest service in-store and over the phone.
• Support service providers and in-store events to deliver a top-tier guest experience.
• Maintain knowledge of industry trends, products, and services to better serve guests.
