Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Meet store goals for retail and service sales and loyalty programs.
• Provide exceptional guest service in salon, haircare, and skincare areas.
• Answer calls, manage bookings, and assist with guest concerns.
• Promote services and events, and guide guests to add-on services.
• Maintain store sanitation and safety standards.
