Extended Stay America in California is seeking a Guest Services Representative to assist guests, answer phones, check in/out, and process payments in line with company guidelines. The role emphasizes delivering a high-quality guest experience and maintaining front desk operations.

You will handle reservations, payments, and departures, maintain a clean lobby, support breakfast setup, and ensure safety procedures are followed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 months related experience and/or training.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests, answer phones, check-in and check-out.
• Process reservations, registrations, payments, and departures.
• Maintain front desk area and daily paperwork; follow safety policies.
• Sell ESA services and convert inquiries into reservations.
• Handle cash, credit cards, and city ledger balances.
• Provide friendly, helpful service and resolve guest issues.
• Support breakfast display setup and maintenance.
