ESA Management, LLC is seeking a Guest Services Representative to enhance guest experiences through check-in/out, payments, and front desk support. You will respond to guest requests, resolve issues per Make it Right, and maintain accurate records while upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 months related experience and/or training.
• Excellent customer-service skills and professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests and answer phones promptly and courteously.
• Process reservations, registrations, payments and departures.
• Check guests in/out and maintain accurate front desk records.
• Handle cash, credit card and city ledger transactions per policy.
• Provide assistance and resolve guest issues using Make it Right.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk and lobby area.
• Promote ESA value and upsell where appropriate.
• Adhere to safety, security and company procedures.
