Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with check-in/check-out processes.
• Process payments and issue invoices or receipts, ensuring billing accuracy.
• Answer calls and emails promptly and route inquiries appropriately.
• Manage reservations and update the reservation system.
• Assist guests with requests and local recommendations, resolve issues professionally.
• Perform administrative duties and maintain a tidy front desk area.
