TPG Hotels and Resorts is seeking a Front Desk Agent in Georgia to be the first point of contact for guests, handling check-in/check-out, reservations, and inquiries. You will ensure a welcoming experience and coordinate with departments to support smooth operations.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent experience.
• Strong guest service orientation and basic accounting skills.
• Familiarity with hospitality industry practices.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with check-in and reservations.
• Process check-out, payments, and issue receipts.
• Answer phone calls and emails promptly and professionally.
• Manage reservations and data entry.
• Address guest requests and resolve complaints.
• Perform front desk administrative tasks.
• Monitor access and maintain security protocols.
• Handle cash transactions and reconcile drawer.
• Collaborate with Housekeeping, Maintenance and Management.
• Follow emergency procedures.
