TPG Hotels & Resorts in Warner Robins, GA is seeking a Front Desk Agent to be the first point of contact for guests. You will provide exceptional service, manage reservations, and handle payments with accuracy.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, answering calls and emails, assisting with room changes and local recommendations, and maintaining a welcoming front desk environment. This role requires strong communication and multitasking in a hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent experience.
• Strong guest service orientation and professionalism.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in guests, verify reservations, and explain facility services.
• Process check-outs and handle payments and invoices accurately.
• Answer phone calls and emails, directing to appropriate departments.
• Manage room/service reservations and data entry in the reservation system.
• Assist guests with requests and local recommendations; resolve complaints promptly.
• Perform administrative duties and maintain organized front desk area.
• Monitor security, issue visitor badges, and coordinate with security when needed.
• Handle cash transactions and reconcile end of shift.
• Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and management.
• Follow emergency procedures and assist guests and staff.
