Job summary

lululemon is seeking an Educator to deliver world-class guest service, educate on high-quality products, and connect with our community in-store. You will guide guests through personalized solutions, support seamless omnichannel transactions, and contribute to a vibrant, inclusive team culture.

Responsibilities include engaging on the floor, restocking and presenting products, and adhering to safety and store standards.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have the Right to Work documentation (EMEA only).
• Must have the ability to travel to the assigned store with own transportation.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience.
• Assess guests' needs to provide customized solutions and support.
• Provide technical product education by articulating product value and benefits.
• Facilitate seamless end-to-end guest experiences with omnichannel programs (buy online, pickup in store, phone sales, ship from store).
• Move dynamically on the floor to engage with guests and attend to store needs.
• Receive guest feedback and collaborate with store leadership to address issues.
• Establish respectful, inclusive team environment and collaborate with team members to optimize guest experience.
• Perform product presentation tasks and support store operations per company standards.
• Use in-store technology to support operations and maintain a luxury environment.
