lululemon seeks an Educator to deliver world-class guest experiences, educate on products, and authentically share our community and culture. You will engage with guests, assess needs, and provide personalized purchase and return solutions while promoting a seamless omnichannel experience.

In this role, you’ll contribute to a respectful, inclusive team, collaborate with colleagues, and uphold store operations while maintaining a luxurious store environment.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country in which the store is located.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Create world-class guest experiences through authentic product education and engagement.
• Interact with guests to assess needs and provide customized solutions.
• Conduct accurate, timely transactions and support omnichannel programs.
• Move dynamically on the floor to assist guests and store operations.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure an inclusive and productive environment.
