Job summary

lululemon Athletica is seeking an Educator to deliver world-class guest service and product education in our stores. You will engage with guests, share knowledge about fabrics and fit, and connect with our community in a way that reflects our culture and values.

As a foundational member of the team, you will support store operations, restock as needed, and participate in omnichannel programs to ensure a seamless shopping experience for guests, including returns, pickup, and ship-from-store

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country in which the store is located.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have the Right to Work and evidence relating to local requirements (EMEA only).
• Must have the ability to travel to assigned store with own transportation methods.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience in a timely manner.
• Assess guests’ needs to provide customized, effective purchase and return solutions.
• Provide technical product education by articulating the value of the product.
• Facilitate seamless end-to-end guest experience with transactions and omnichannel programs.
• Move dynamically on the floor to engage with guests and attend to store needs.
• Receive guest feedback and partner with store leadership to address issues.
