Job summary

lululemon is seeking an Educator to deliver exceptional guest experiences through product knowledge and authentic connection with our community. You will engage customers on the floor, educate them about technical fabrics, and guide omnichannel shopping options to ensure a seamless experience.

Qualifications

Must be legally authorized to work in the country of the store.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Must have the Right to Work documentation (EMEA only).
Must be able to travel to the assigned store with own transportation methods.

Responsibilities

Create world-class guest experience by engaging with guests and sharing product education.
Move dynamically on the floor to assist guests and support store needs.
Process transactions accurately and support omnichannel programs (buy online, ship from store, etc.).
Collaborate with team members to deliver an inclusive and supportive store environment.
Perform on-floor duties: restock, presentation, and maintaining store standards.
Follow safety policies and contribute to a safe work environment.
