Job summary

lululemon is seeking an Educator to deliver world-class guest service in our retail stores. Educators connect with guests, share top-quality product education, and communicate our community and culture authentically.

You will move across the floor, support store operations, restock, and participate in omnichannel programs while upholding our inclusive, high-energy environment. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is expected, with a focus on teamwork and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have the Right to Work and meet local requirements (EMEA only).
• Must have the ability to travel to assigned store.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience.
• Provide product education by articulating value of the product.
• Support end-to-end guest transactions and omnichannel programs.
• Move dynamically on the floor to engage guests and attend to store needs.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure optimal guest experience and store operations.
• Restock and present merchandise according to company standards.
