Job summary

Ulta Beauty, Inc. is seeking a Guest Coordinator who engages with guests in-store and over the phone, promoting Ulta Beauty services and products.

You will support the Experience Manager and Assistant Services Manager to deliver exceptional guest experiences, manage bookings, and help grow the services business. The role requires strong customer service skills, basic tech proficiency, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
• Proficient with basic technology including POS systems, Apple devices, and Services Booking System.
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships and communicate effectively.
• Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, and omni-channel sales.
• Provide exceptional guest service by acknowledging all Ulta Beauty guests in the Salon, Haircare, and Skincare areas and offering friendly, prompt service.
• Handle sales, refunds and exchanges.
• Support the services team by answering salon phone calls, addressing guest concerns, managing the services booking system, and assisting with appointments.
• Build the services business by informing guests of promotions and inviting them to try services with knowledgeable product recommendations.
• Assist in scheduling and coordinating services and in-store events to deliver an unparalleled guest experience and meet sales targets.
• Stay informed about industry trends, products, and services to better serve guests.
