Job summary

Ulta Beauty, Inc. is seeking a Guest Coordinator to engage guests and promote services through in-person and phone interactions. They represent Ulta Beauty and support the Experience Manager and ASM with performance, people, and process responsibilities.

This role requires a passion for beauty, exceptional guest service, and the ability to learn salon services and product knowledge. A high school diploma is preferred and one year of relevant experience is requested; weekend and holiday

Qualifications

• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
• High school diploma is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed store goals related to retail and service sales.
• Provide exceptional guest service by acknowledging all Ulta Beauty guests in the Salon, Haircare, and Skincare areas.
• Handle sales, refunds and exchanges.
• Support services team by answering salon phone calls and managing the services booking system.
• Build the services business by informing guests of current promotions and inviting them to try services.
• Assist in execution of appointments and in-store events to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
• Stay informed on industry trends and knowledge of products to better serve guests.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
