Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Guest Coordinator to engage guests and promote salon and service offerings through in-store and phone interactions. You will represent Ulta Beauty’s image, products, and culture while supporting the Experience Manager and Assistant Services Manager to drive service and retail sales, guest loyalty, and a seamless 360° guest experience.

You'll build relationships, provide informed product recommendations, schedule appointments, and help execute in-store events.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Proficient with basic technology and sales knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service by acknowledging all Ulta Beauty guests and offering courteous service.
• Handle sales, refunds and exchanges with accuracy and empathy.
• Support the services team by answering calls, booking appointments and managing guest records.
• Promote services and events, and invite guests to try offerings with informed recommendations.
• Maintain compliance with policies, procedures, and safety standards.
