Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Guest Coordinator to engage guests and promote the salon services business both in-store and by phone. You will support the Experience Manager and Assistant Services Manager, drive service sales, and help deliver a 360° guest experience with proactive product recommendations.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in a guest-facing role, strong communication skills, and familiarity with service booking systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in guest-facing roles.
• HS diploma preferred; strong customer service skills essential.
• Familiarity with salon/services booking systems and retail POS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests in-store and over the phone to promote Ulta Beauty services.
• Support scheduling, bookings, and guest records for salon services.
• Assist with product and service recommendations to drive sales.
• Maintain guest relations and ensure a 360° guest experience.
• Contribute to achieving store goals related to service sales and loyalty.
