You will handle transactions accurately, balance cash, and respond to inquiries to ensure a smooth guest experience. The role requires friendly service, clear English communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm welcomes and hospitality from guest registration to checkout.
• Provide room rate quotes and assist with reservations for individuals or groups.
• Process cash and credit card transactions following established procedures.
• Balance cash receipts, perform bucket checks, and manage money handling tasks.
• Verify charges and credits on guest folios during checkout.
• Respond to guest inquiries promptly and thoroughly.
