Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Guest Services Associate to warmly welcome guests and guide them from registration to checkout. You will handle transactions, provide resort information, and assist with reservations with accuracy and care.

The role requires strong English communication, problem-solving ability, and multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Comprehensive benefits are offered to eligible associates working 30+ hours per week.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication in reading, writing and understanding English.
• Ability to solve problems with minimal supervision.
• Basic math and cash handling knowledge.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly from registration to checkout.
• Issue unit keys and provide information about the resort and area attractions.
• Process cash and credit card transactions following procedures.
• Balance cash receipts, perform bucket checks, and handle money duties.
• Complete check-out procedures and verify charges/credits on guest folios.
• Reserve and confirm reservations for individuals and groups; provide room rate quotes.
• Respond to guest inquiries and concerns promptly and thoroughly.
