Travel + Leisure Co. seeks a Guest Services Associate to warmly welcome guests from around the world and help make their vacations memorable from registration to checkout.

You will guide guests through the registration with keys, provide resort and area information, quote room rates, handle cash and card transactions, balance receipts, complete checkout steps, and respond promptly to inquiries to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and professional appearance.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Problem-solving with minimal supervision.
• Basic math and cash handling procedures.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and assist from registration to checkout.
• Guide guests through registration, issue unit keys, and share resort information.
• Process cash and credit card transactions following established procedures.
• Balance cash receipts and perform money handling responsibilities.
• Complete checkout procedures and verify charges in guest folios.
• Reserve and confirm reservations for individuals or groups.
• Provide guests with room rate quotes.
• Respond to guest inquiries and concerns promptly and accurately.
