Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Guest Coordinator to engage with guests and promote services both in-store and over the phone. You will support the Experience Manager and Assistant Services Manager, ensuring smooth scheduling, bookings, and exceptional guest service across salon areas.

Expect to drive sales, manage guest records, and assist with events while upholding Ulta Beauty standards and safety procedures. A flexible schedule including weekends is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
• Proficient with basic technology (e.g., POS, Apple devices, Services Booking System).
• Demonstrate significant competency in sales, products, and service.
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Strong communication skills; ability to troubleshoot.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Work a flexible schedule to include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed the store’s goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, credits, retail shrink, and omni-channel sales.
• Provide exceptional guest service in the Salon, Haircare, and Skincare areas and offer friendly, prompt service.
• Courteously handle sales, refunds and exchanges.
• Support the services team with booking calls, guest concerns, and scheduling systems.
• Promote services and events and invite guests to try services with knowledgeable recommendations.
• Inform guests of promotions and drive new guest acquisitions through service bookings and events.
• Stay informed on industry trends, products, and services to better serve guests.
