Job summary

Ulta Beauty is hiring a Guest Coordinator to engage guests, promote salon services, and support the Experience Manager and ASM. You will handle calls and in-person interactions, manage bookings, and contribute to achieving sales and loyalty goals in a fast-paced store environment.

The role emphasizes guest service, product knowledge, and collaboration with stylists and managers to deliver a 360° guest experience while maintaining store standards and compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Proficient with basic technology (POS system, Apple devices).
• Strong communication and sales skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed store goals for retail and service sales, guest loyalty, and omni-channel sales.
• Provide exceptional guest service in salon, haircare, and skincare areas.
• Handle sales, refunds and exchanges promptly and courteously.
• Support services team with phone bookings, guest records, and salon traffic flow.
• Promote services and events with knowledgeable product and service recommendations.
• Book appointments and assist with in-store events to deliver a premium guest experience.
