Job summary

Extended Stay America in Phoenix/Peoria area is seeking a Guest Services Representative to ensure a welcoming guest experience, handle check-ins/outs, answer calls, and collect payments according to company guidelines.

The role requires assisting guests, maintaining front desk areas, and contributing to a clean, safe, and efficient lobby. You will support reservations and daily paperwork while upholding ESA’s service standards.

Qualifications

• English proficiency to interact with guests, associates and vendors.
• Proficient operation of the property management system (PMS).
• Ability to complete routine reports and correspondence.
• Strong judgment and guest-relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests, answer phones, check guests in and out, and collect payments per guidelines.
• Complete front office daily paperwork and ensure safety procedures are followed.
• Resolve guest issues through ESA's Make it Right process with professionalism.
• Process reservations and maintain accurate cash, credit card, and city ledger accounts.
