Job summary

ESA Management, LLC is seeking a Guest Services Representative to deliver outstanding guest experiences at Extended Stay America in Phoenix. You will assist guests, answer phones, check in and out, and collect payments in line with company guidelines and procedures, while ensuring daily front desk paperwork and safety standards are followed.

You will process reservations, manage cash and city ledger accounts, promote ESA services, and maintain a clean, organized lobby and public areas.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests, answer phones, check in/out, and collect payments per guidelines.
• Process reservations, registrations, and departures per procedures.
• Complete front office daily paperwork and ensure safety procedures are followed.
• Handle guest requests and resolve issues through ESA service culture.
• Maintain an organized lobby and front desk area, assist with breakfast setup when needed.
• Promote ESA services and capture sales opportunities.
