Job summary

Extended Stay America in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Guest Services Representative to assist guests, answer phones, check guests in and out, and collect payments in line with company guidelines. You will complete front desk paperwork and uphold safety and security standards.

The role emphasizes friendly service, resolving guest requests through Make it Right, and promoting ESA's service culture. You will also help with breakfast display setup and maintain a clean lobby and front desk area.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• Ability to understand and communicate in English proficiently to interact with guests and colleagues.
• Experience with property management systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests, answer phones, check guests in and out, and collect payments according to company guidelines.
• Complete front desk daily paperwork and ensure safety and security procedures are followed.
• Promote ESA’s service culture and resolve guest issues through Make it Right.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk, lobby, and guest areas.
• Assist with breakfast setup and break room upkeep as needed.
• Identify sales opportunities and contribute to reservations and occupancy goals.
