Responsibilities

• Assist guests, answer phones, check in/out and collect payment.
• Process reservations and handle daily front office paperwork.
• Maintain cash, credit card and city ledger accounts at the property.
• Ensure safety procedures and standards are followed for guests and staff.
• Keep a clean, organized front desk and lobby area.
• Identify sales opportunities and promote ESA to guests.
